Baked Basque Style Crab pot with herb Crevette.
Wild Garlic Soup Shot with Goats Curd & Parmesan Crisp.
Five hour, slow cooked Spiced Lamb with Pomegranate & Mint.
Served with warm Jersey Royals, homemade Saffron Aioli & charred Spring Onions with Radish & Watercress Spring Salad & flatbreads.
A Banana Slice, Rhubarb & Ginger Fool with Whipped Vanilla Cream.

£45.00 per person, must be pre booked with a £25.00 deposit paid per person.
